Stateline Speedway Rain Out Policy

Posted December 27, 2025

Stateline Speedway Rain Out Policy (Walk-Up, Advance Sale, and Season Passes)

Stateline Speedway will make every effort to complete each program. When weather interrupts an event, our rain policy is based on how much of the racing program has been completed and how your ticket was purchased.

How Stateline Determines a Rain Out Scenario

Stateline’s event status is determined at the time the program is stopped:

Scenario 1 — Early Rain Out (only a few heat races completed)

  • Ticket becomes a full-value raincheck for the rescheduled/make-up date, OR may be used as full-value credit toward a future race during the same operating season.
  • If you apply full-value credit toward a higher-priced event, your credit will be applied and you will pay the difference at the time of purchase.
  • Rain checks may be used for TWO WEEKS following a rain out for admission to equal or lesser value.
  • If you are a Season Pass holder, your credit can be applied toward a future event or season pass for up to TWO YEARS.

Scenario 2 — Late Rain Out (most or all heat races completed, but features not completed)

  • Ticket may be redeemed for the rescheduled/make-up date, OR may be used as a partial-value credit toward a future race during the same operating season.
  • If partial-value credit is applied to a future event, fans will pay the difference between the new ticket price and the partial-value credit.
  • Partial-value credit is determined by Stateline based on program completion at the time of stoppage.
  • Rain checks may be used for TWO WEEKS following a rain out for admission to equal or lesser value.
  • If you are a Season Pass holder, your credit can be applied toward a future event or season pass for up to TWO YEARS.

Scenario 3 — Official Event (all heat races completed AND at least one feature completed)

  • The event is considered official/complete.
  • No raincheck or credit will be issued.

A) Walk-Up Tickets (Purchased at the Speedway)

  • Your ticket stub is your raincheck/credit.
  • For Scenario 1 or Scenario 2, the stub must be presented at the ticket window to:
    • Enter the rescheduled/make-up event, or
    • Be exchanged for credit (if the event is not rescheduled or if you choose to apply credit within the same season).
  • Rain checks may be used for TWO WEEKS following a rain out for admission to equal or lesser value.
  • Should the rain out occur toward the end of the racing season, such as Fall Brawl, and the make-up race must be run the following season, credits will be applied to the rescheduled event the following season.
  • For Scenario 3, no raincheck/credit applies.

B) Advance Sale Single-Event Tickets (Online/Digital)

  • Your digital ticket/QR code will be honored for the rescheduled/make-up event (Scenario 1 or 2).
  • If the event is not rescheduled, or if you elect credit (where permitted), Stateline will apply the applicable full-value or partial-value credit to your Stateline ticketing account and your credit may be used for up to TWO WEEKS following a rain out for admission to equal or lesser value.
  • Should the rain out occur toward the end of the racing season, such as Fall Brawl, and the make-up race must be run the following season, credits will be applied to the rescheduled event the following season.
  • For Scenario 3, no raincheck/credit applies.

C) Season Pass Holders

  • Your season pass remains valid for the season and will serve as your admission for any rescheduled/make-up race event (Scenario 1 or 2).
  • If a rain-impacted event is not rescheduled, season pass holders will receive a pro-rata credit to their Stateline account.
  • Season pass credits may be used for up to two (2) years on any Stateline race event.

Important Notes (Applies to All Ticket Types)

NO TICKET, NO REFUND. Stateline Speedway is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Ticket holder must remain in possession of their ticket(s).

  • Raincheck/credit options apply to race events and are subject to the event being rescheduled, ticket availability, and pricing differences.
  • If a raincheck/credit is applied to a higher-priced event, the fan is responsible for any difference in price.
