Officials from the Stateline Speedway is proud to partner with Head-On Derby Promotions to present the inaugural Fritz & Lynn Seamens Memorial Labor Day Demolition Derby, taking place Monday, Sept. 1, at the Stateline Speedway.
The event will feature six demo derby classes competing for a $9,100 purse, along with a Figure-8 race—the first in recent memory at Stateline. Fritz Seamens had a long-standing tradition of promoting “epic” demolition derbies at Stateline Speedway under his ownership.
This new take on an old tradition at the speedway will build on the broad variety of entertainment being offered throughout the 2025 season at the 3/8 mile dirt oval.Participants will compete in one of six classes, each following the rules by Head-On Derby Promotions. The classes include:
Adding to the excitement, a Figure-8 race will kick off the day’s festivities on the front straightaway before the track transforms into a demo derby configuration. Classes and purse details for the Figure-8 race will be released in the coming weeks.
Stateline is proud to partner with Head-On Derby Promotions and the Head family to bring demolition derbies back to Stateline Speedway in honor of one of the longest-tenured promoters of the facility.
